Q: If I want something other than what you show on the Web site, can I order it?
- Yes, you may call us and we will try to get the item for you. We could order a similar item or have something made in a particular size.
Q: How do you pack items and determine shipping fees?
- All of our items are carefully packed either in a double box and styrofoam peanuts or just in peanuts.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the item purchased and the distance from our Zip code (80904) to your Zip code.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
- Items are only charged to your credit card account upon shipment.
Q: Do I have a choice in shipping carriers?
- We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service) and offer several choices of expedited shipping.
- Orders are processed and shipped daily with most shipping the next day.
- Expedited and Priority shipment orders received by us prior to 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and week ends), will be shipped that same day.
Q: What is your return policy?
- Our goal is that you will be very happy with your purchases from The Flute Player Gallery.
- If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 10 days of purchase.
- Please contact us at 1.888.632.7702 for a Return Approval Number.
- Returned items without approval will not be refunded.
- A credit will be issued promptly to your credit card for the item purchase price after receipt of returned merchandise.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer gift services such as gift wrap and gift message?
- If you request it, we will wrap your purchase before shipping.
- Packing slips include the items purchased, but prices are never disclosed.

Our collection of fine Native American arts and crafts includes Navajo rugs and jewelry (turquoise, gold, silver); Hopi jewelry; pottery from Hopi, Zuni, Acoma, Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, Jemez, Cochiti, and other Rio Grande Pueblos; story tellers from Jemez, Cochiti, and Isleta; baskets from Papago, Paiute, and Navajo; horse hair baskets from Pima and Tohono O'odham; and Zuni fetishes.
